- Run the feather gently from your joints starting with your ankles in a downward sweeping mode. Next at your knees, sweep the feather downward towards the earth. Next repeat the same motion starting at your hips, gently brushing the feather downward. Repeat this process at the wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, and then crown.

- Aries = Probably the best placement, you cannot lose. You are a master at combat. But you can also be your own worst enemy if your temper is not controlled.
- Leo = The power of the sun or solar energy crystals. Red and yellow candle magic is especially powerful (exercise fire safety).
- Sagittarius = Using your amazing intellect and powerful ability of speech and speaking into action against your adversaries. Because you usually have a vast knowledge of different topics, custom spellwork would be great for you! We call this Chaos magic.

- Libra = You are a powerful peacemaker, and you do this best by balancing the energy. Believe it or not but your ability to ignore a person will naturally ricochet their negative thwarts against you. For you Libra, keep positive thoughts, protect your mental energy, and keep your angels close. No additional effort is needed. We wouldn’t want you to get that new manicure of yours dirty, now, would we? Leave your angels to fight your battles.
- Aquarius = You have a knack for telepathy and all “tele” gifts. Sending thoughts to your adversaries to stop them in their tracks, (yes just like something out of a sci-fi movie) is your jam. I’d recommend studying mind control tactics.
- Taurus = Your stamina is unrivaled. It takes a lot for you to respond, but once you do, you cannot be stopped. Like Aries, you are one opponent in a fight that WILL win. It’s your mighty willpower. Feeling the full-bodied force is key to your protective warrior energy. Think Jedi or Leroy (The Last Dragon). Voodoo dolls (or similar) are also a great option for you.
- Virgo = You are the alchemist of the zodiac. One of your biggest specialties is working in the garden, with herbs, or in the kitchen. Try brewing a potion that can be ingested or applied to your body, home, or personal items.
- Capricorn = The G.O.A.T. Your unyielding nature and zodiacal connection to the devil makes you mastermind at tormenting your adversaries. Your tie to Saturn gives you personal advantages when working with the occult, demonic, or dark moon phases.
- Cancer = Your emotions are your power. Once you get going, it is impossible to stop you, like a tidal wave. Using spiritual baths to protect, banish, or manifest your intention against your adversaries will be very rewarding. Make sure you are hydrated stay hydrated and never react when you’re upset. You may have a change of heart once the wave passes.
- Scorpio = Well, this may be the most intense placement as you’re able to creep into the mind of any opponent, discover their strategy, and next move, and flip it against them. It’s nearly impossible for someone to get one past you. You’re also very good at sneak attacks, think spiritual ninja style.
- Pisces = They say this is the sign that has the most about serial killers. As scary and eerie as this may sound, most serial killers are charming and alluring. Your empathy can disarm and influence others. You have a knack for projecting your will and can easily read your adversary’s biggest weaknesses.

Footprints Poem – Footprints in the Sand
One night I had a dream.
I dreamed I was walking along the beach
with the Lord..
Across the sky flashed scenes from my life..
For each scene, I noticed two sets of
footprints in the sand,
one belonging to me, and the other to the Lord..
When the last scene of my life flashed before me,
I looked back at the footprints in the sand.
I noticed that many times along the path of my life
there was only one set of footprints.
I also noticed that it happened at the very lowest
and saddest times in my life.
This really bothered me
and I questioned the Lord about it:
"Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you,
you'd walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during the most
troublesome times in my life
there is only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why
when I need you most you would leave me."
The Lord replied:
"My precious child, I love you and would
never leave you.
During your times of trial and suffering,
when you see only one set of footprints, it was then
that I carried you."
